Ok so i have what appears to be sores on the inside of my mouth. I eat alot of hot foods so im going to assume they are just burns because i get them a lot. I have one inconvient one like on the gums but on the inside if that makes sense like if you push the tip of your tounge against the gums thats right bellow your bottom set of teeth. It is white, and, once again, im pretty sure its just a burn from hot food, but it doesnt hurt if i put my tounge against it. Can i preform oral sex on my girl friend tomorrow or even make out with tounge and what not?
Cunnilingus is one of the safest of sex acts. Most of the most serious STDs (like HIV) cannot be transmitted through it. If she's STD free, then there's no problem, obviously. But if she does have an STD, sores will increase the likelihood of it being transmitted.
Try it, and if it hurts, stop. It won't hurt your girlfriend.
