is it possible to put brembo brakes off of a 2007 Lancer Evolution MR on to my 1990 eagle talon tsi awd?(that is both the caliper and rotor)
it could be the wiper switch has gone bad
You would need to know if the bolt patterns are the same to mount the caliper brackets. I doubt you will find that information anywhere online, you will likely have to compare them side by side. There was also a rumor years ago that the Corvette ZR-1 brakes mounted to some of the DSM's. That might also be an option.
brembo sells aftermarket discs and calipers for talons but the price is the main issue when changing the size of the brakes
I believe there is a possibility. I'm looking into doing this to my 1994 4G37. I've been researching for quite some time, and it seems that we will have to create a bracket to hold the caliper in place, other than that, I think that's all it would take. Though, I'm not sure about the 1990 brake set-up, I don't know if they changed anything from the body styles from '90-'92. In any case, you could try bringing a spare '90 caliper with you and see how well they match up.
