Answer:

try a pasta less spaghetti by mixing shredded zucchini veggie meatballs and raw tomato sauce seasoned with a dash of zesty oregano
fresh herbs can really zing up a healthy meal try growing some in the kitchen using a strawberry pot preserve the flavor by adding fresh herbs at the end of the cooking process
Practice deep brearhing exercises to reduce the stress hormone cortisol
You could do that, but you would have to eat virtually nothing, take diet pills like mega green tea, and drink nothing but waterHowever, this is not healthyThe best way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat healthy and exerciseIt might take longer, but making a life style change will be permanent rather than the yo-yo diet which will only help you temporarilyPlus with crash diets you usually gain back more than you lost to begin with.
I have just had a look at anytime tickets from Gatwick to London (leaving at 21.30 on 20/5/10), and found 4 different prices for anytime tickets in the evening, so I am not surprised that you were confused(?8.90 and ?7.90 to London Bridge, ?11.80 and ?16.90 to Victoria)The simplest solution is to take the train to London Bridge and then buy a separate ticket for the Underground to Victoria (?4.00 cash, ?1.80 with an Oyster Card)This is said to take 16 minutes - take the Jubilee Line to Green Park and change to the Victoria LineOr you could just chance getting on the train to Victoria with your ticketIf you are lucky the guard will just charge you the difference, if not you will have to buy a new ticketThe barriers at Victoria will probably be open that late in the evening, so if you are very lucky there may be no upgrade to pay!
