depends on the contract you have between you and your attorney my guess is that if he is working on a contingency, that in the contract if he is fired for unjust reasons before a settlement can be reached he has the right to be paid X amount for each hour he worked on your case.. you may think he isn't working very quickly, but settlements between an insurance company and an individual can be lengthy and time consuming.. highly doubt you can do better on your own, and at this stage you'd probably be stuck for the lawyers bills anyway.. you live and you learn

If you try to make a horse put on weight too quickly, other problems can occur which are equally painful and can be equally fatal. Rich grass is not good for horses or donkeys and can lead to similar problems to the above and of course scours. The mare may be skinny from other problems such as worm infestation rather than underfeeding or a bad past. She would need blood tests and pooh tests to find out the exact cause and then a careful dietary plan devised with the help of the vet and feed merchants.
