I'm in college and our dorm has one kitchen per floor, and I just got back from the store with some boxed chicken and I realized I don't have a baking sheet of any kind! So will it be okay if I cook it right on the rack? If not, will aluminum foil work?Thank you! :)
Not a good idea unless you want to clean up all the chicken grease that sticks to the rackIf you don't thoroughly clean it (and it will not be easy!), it will smoke and burn every time you use your ovenMake a pan out of several layers of aluminum foilIn the past, I have taken a gift box (cardbord) and covered it with several layers of foil to make a baking pan.
