I regularly eat a high fibre breakfast (weetabix), over the last week or so due to my parents being on holiday i have been eating a lot more weetabix.I have also had wrenching stomach pains the last few days whenever i havent eat for a while, even though i didn't feel hungryThese pains are excruciating and feels like my stomach is been twisted. So my question is could this be related to a high fibre diet or is it impossible to have too much fibre
prolly like 600-800, depending on what size house and what type insulationits been a while since i've done any, but definately buy the roll out plastic covered kind if you're going to do it yourselfand remember that even if it cost more than i stated, hey- you'll save that money back in no time through lower energy bills
there is no average .as every house is different in size and also location plays a part as to how much needs to go in there
Depends on how big it isAbout 40 cents per square foot.
To answer your question, it would be really hard to have too much fiber in your dietThere are 2 kinds: soluble and insolubleSoluble fiber forms a gel when mixed with liquid, while insoluble fiber passes through our intestines largely intactMake sure you eat a balance of whole-grain products, fruits, and veggies to maintain healthy amounts of fiber in the bodyNow, to explain your stomach pains: When you all the sudden go from a moderate about of fiber to a whole bunch, it can cause serious stomach pains, bloating, cramping, and worst of all gasSo increase the amout of fiber you take in slowly.
