Question:

Can you help me with this knitting problem?

Hi everyone.I have recently took up knitting to help relieve stress, and I have gotten everything except, I have a few questions that youtube videos can't answerWhen you get to the slip knot, after knitting (I am trying to get the hang of quot;knit-stitchquot;) all your other stitches onto the next needle, how do you knit the slip knot over? Do you attempt it like you would the other stitches? Every time I do it, it ends up getting tangled up, can you help me? :)Oh and one more thing, I have this gap of yarn in between my needles, do you know how to get rid of it? I tug a little bit at the wrapping yarn to better sturdy itOkay, thanks guys.

Answer:

cardioeating healthy for exless carbs less fats more fruits and veggies and try to stay in a less than 2000 cals a day rangeand add an hour of cardio or strength training a day and you will see a difference
Cut down on the portions of your meals, use chop sticks to eat and walk at a good pace one hour a day.
You can exercise, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and get a good night sleep to be healthyI would also recommend that you get a good support system of friends and family to help you through your weight lossThis will help you maintain your mental healthBest of luck!
This is a diet that my mom and i are on you might wanna try it, it actualy worked for me: Its called the 3 Day Diet DAY ONE Breakfast: Black coffee, tea or water 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice toast, 2 teaspoon of peanut butter Lunch: 1/2 cup of tuna (in water), 1 slice of toast Dinner: 2 slices of any type of meat (about 3 oz.), 1 cup of green beans, 1 cup of beets, 1 small apple, and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream DAY TWO Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice of toast, 1/2 banana (i put the egg on the toast) Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese (low fat yogurt or i ate cheese cause i dont like either one) 5 saltice crackers Dinner: 2 hot dogs (no buns), 1 cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream DAY THREE Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese, 1 small apple Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 slice toast (once again i put the egg on the toast) Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, 1 cup of beets, 1/2 cup of cauliflower, 1/2 of a cantaloupe, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream Weight loss is based on a chemical breakdown and is provenIt says do not vary or substitute but if you make the subs like i did you will still loose weightsalt and pepper may be used, but no other seasoningswhere no quantity is given, no restrictions other tahn common senseThis diet is to be followed strictly for 3 days at a timeIn three days you will lose 10 lbsAfter 3 days of dieting, you can eat your normal foods, BUT DO NOT OVEREATAfter 4 days of normal eating, return to the diet for 3 dayscontinue this; 3 days on 4 days of, 3 days on alternatelyyou can lose up to 40 lbs in a month if you stick to this dietit is a safe dietJust remember DO NOT SNACK BETWEEN MEALSI hope this works for youI would suggest that you have someone else do it with you it makes it oh so much easierGOOD LUCK!!!!!!!
The slip knot is anchoring your knitting so that it does not unravelThe stitch that was placed on the needle when the slip knot was formed counts as the first stitch and will become the last stitch on the first rowTo make your knitting tighter try pulling the yarn a little (not too tight) after you knit a stitch that you feel is too looseFor the most part this will take care of itself, with practise you will begin to find that you automatically make adjustments and have nice even stitchesIf you are using a backward e cast on that may be the problem causing gaps between stitches I had the same problem until I changed to different cast onsYoutube has quite a few video's for different cast on methodsTry a knitted cast on or a cable cast on, or any of the others that seem easy to youThe cable cast on is great for doing rib stitches as it has a bit more stretch which is what rib stitches need.
