While copper and aluminum don't like each other all that much it could take many years before the pipe leaks and you will see evidence of corrosion. I would be much more concerned if the duct was galvanized sheet metal. That combination is much more corrosive. And yes you can certainly put an insulator under the pipe and heavy plastic sheathing works very well. You can also use rubber sheathing and it will last longer. You can find it a Ace Hardware.

every anti-lock brake system is different in every vehicle try doing a search for your specific type of vehicle and you should come up with the info. if not try a parts store / canadian tire/ parts source they may have a hayes book for your model of car it has everything you need on your vehicle and i meean everything from brakes - replacing your engine it is a great mechanics tool .
