i got a new alias last night for my birthday, it worked til i took it out of course to text some more :) but when i put it back in the charger didnt work at all! i tried putting it in different plugs and everything, but still didnt work! the charger part was hot, like it was working all night, and the area where i put it into my phone was warm, but it never did anything. help!????
Check to see if the charger has a fuse in the housing. If it does, the fuse may be blown. Otherwise, chargers shouldn't be kept plugged in while they are not charging anything. That wears them out very quickly. Sounds more like a fuse problem though since you just got it.
I'd take it back to the company where it was purchased. Sounds deffective.
