Steel wool! or very fine sand paper if it is really badYou could even use green scotch bright padsThen to make them sparkle, go to the auto store and get eagle one never dull.
You can use a ramekin instead if you have oneIf not it doesn't work as well but you can use a bowl insteadJust make sure it doesnt melt in the oven.
