Brock Lesnar hasn't faced the Shield yet. I think Brock Lesnar can be the one man that can take on the Shield in a 3-on-1 handicap match. I really think Lesnar has something to say about that statement.

The openings at the mma gloves for the fingers do not protect the second knuckles very well. It's alright for straight punches if you can adjust to it, but when you throw hooks the canvas of the bag will tear at the second knuckles. (is second knuckles the right word? I mean the finger joint right under the knuckles. I hate using the sparring gloves for bags as well. I hate it because my thumb hits the bag too when I try to punch with my index and middle knuckles. What you need to use is the heavy bag gloves. It's light weight like MMA gloves and yet they protect all of the fingers from the canvas. Also get the ones with thumbs uncovered(look at everlast model). This way you can make a natural fist like a MMA glove.
Just run, don't do any upper body exercise. Rather than doing fire hydrants and push ups, just add ten minutes to your run. If you stress your muscles beyond what they are used to then they will grow. Forget myths about toning and building. You can't tone muscle, muscles can only be bigger or smaller, its the fat that covers them that matters. The myth of toning comes about from people who do high reps, then burn fat because of the exercise and become toned. They haven't toned the muscle, they have just reduced the fat surrounding them. Look at the guys on the front of Mens Health, they only do body building and they are toned. Look at any skinny girl and she will look toned. Don't fall for the light exercise gets you toned myth, it will only waste time you could be spending doing much more effective cardio. Cardiovascular exercise is the most effective for fat loss. When you run incorporate interval training. Sprint, walk, jog, sprint Hope this helps. Good luck!
