Answer:

Reinstall your Windows by clean formatting your C drive, With out installing any drivers, install just a updated antivirus and run a full system scan and scan the USB as well. If it works its great else, If you happen to have any LINUX live cd, boot with that CD and try to find out any unusual files on the Pen drive, delete them and re install Windows!
Re-install your OS./ You have a major problem. Once your OS.has installed itself/load your first driver--the chipset installation utility./ After--that--use the Windows[tm] Update Service.not a driver CD. Let all the updates load.and restart the PC.then register your Product Key./ After registration--return to the Windows[tm] Update Service.and install any more there./ Once Windows[tm] Update Service has completed.use your Control Panel. Look that nothing important is missing./ Look in the Programs.catagory.you might need to get a Network Driver./ But everything should be there./ When installing a Windows[tm] OS. Its best to have a DSL-modem connection.running./ Hope that works for ya' Any trouble--use my profile email./

Formate your computer because it has virus and after formatting buy a good antivirus and install it
