Question:

Computer upgrade safety?

I am going to be upgrading my computer for the first time. I already know how to upgrade my computer, I just need to know the precautions while doing so. I want to put more ram and a new video card in it. My first question is: my computer currently has an integrated video card, so would i have to somehow pull that off of the motherboard, or can i just leave it and put the new graphics card in? Second question: I've heard alot about how if you touch your motherboard or upgrades with your hands then they get fried with static electricity, but then i also heard that as long as you have you computer completely unplugged while upgrading, that it is perfectly fine. So what am i suppose to do? Just unplug it from the wall while upgrading or do i have to like wear rubber gloves or something while upgrading? THANKS

Answer:

I have one son and baby on the way. Other than what you mentioned - A pack play is a have to. I could live with out all the crazy baby gadgets but that one I used until he was 3. Here are a few don'ts : The diaper gennie ( is crap and doesn't work). Bottle warmer - junk esspecially the ones for the car. My son loved the aquarium thing you hook on the side of the bed he used it for 2 years. I look forward to your other answers I thought I would never have any more children so I gave away EVERYTHING I have nothing - no maternity clothes, nothing for baby. ahhhh kind of frustrating.
Lots and lots of diapers!! And wipes. If you are going to bottle feed, then having plenty of bottles is a good idea so you aren't having to wash and sterilize every time you turn around. Also, having a couple of people that can watch the baby for a couple of hours every now and then so you can have some breathing room is good.
A newborn baby bathe tub Wet Wipes Diaper Bag Stroller/Newborn Carseat carseat base Tons(15-20) Recieving Blankets Boppy ( to help breastfeed or just to lay baby on while changing) Newborn detergent for washing clothing 6-12 Dr. Browns Glass Bottles (they are more sanitary)(8oz 4oz) 6-12 Plastic bottles (when baby starts to hold own bottle, cuz they like to throw or drop them they are cheaper but not sanitary, they get really greasy) A bottle brush Extra nipples for bottles Teething Gel Newborn pacifiers Themomoter Suction Bulb Burp Cloths ( get a lot of 'em) Bibs Newborn nail clippers Baby Book (optional) Camera Baby lotion, wash ,shampoo baby powder baby oil Newborn Hair brush comb set Destin or diaper rash cream Newborn bath cloths Swaddlers Socks Hats Onesies Newborn measurement medicine spoon Newborn safety Q-tips ( not regular ones) Teething ring Germ-X ( always have anyone holding the baby clean their hands due to the staph infection) Nursery Water or Bottled Water Forumula Pitcher Lysol spray wipes(to sanitaize car seat and surfaces) Breastpump Swing Bouncer (the ones that vibrate work great) Bottle warmer (portable) A humidifier Oh yeah make sure you change the filters that go into your air condition vent! Goodluck new mommy! You'll do great! I know it's a lot but, I hope this helps!!!
One is put online, and so by the time the school blocks it a new one is up!
