I eat a lot of fiber with a lot of liquidLots of fruit.OatsFlax mealMy doctor told me that I shouldn't have a problem if I'm eating a lot of fiberShe said to increase the amount of oil that I eatI eat fish, take fish oil supplements, and eat some smart balance spread already! Sometimes, I do not have bowel movements for 2 weeksMy stomach becomes rock hard and hugeI will gain about 5-6 lbsWhen I menstruate, I will start to poo againI will drop back to my regular weightHow do I stop this crazy cycle? I have thought about laxatives, but I do not want to become reliant on themFlax seed meal with a bit of warm water really isn't doing the trickPrune juice doesn't help eitherWhat should I do?
