Question:

Developing muscle in horses back, neck and bum?

I bought my mare about a month ago and she is very low on muscle. She used to hold her head very high and wouldn't work in a round shape or even drop her head but i've worked on that and though she argues, she's getting there :) She seems to find bending on the right rein a bit of a problem but is ok on the left. She used to bee a showjumping pony so didn't really have to work on dropping her head, just jumping. Is there any exercises i can do with her to help this, its mostly her neck and bum that need the muscle and any help with the bending and arguing when i ask her to drop her head would be appreciated. PS: I can't lunge her simple because she doesn't go anywhere and practically turns into a donkey as soon as she is put on the lunge, no matter how hard i try xD

Answer:

yes, carbon monoxide will be a product when there is incomplete combustion
Yep. When burning any of these fuels (coal, gas, octane etc) and when there is insufficient oxygen, there will be carbon monoxide produced. Best way to prevent it is to keep the room ventilated.
I have sensitive teeth and have to use special toothpaste or they really hurt when cold hits them. The first time I used the strips, several years ago, I had no pain. My dentist recommends them as the most effective at home remedy and he does tooth whitening in his office. This last time, after the second day, I had jaw pain that took 3 days to stop and Tylenol, what was recommended didn't help at all. So, here's what you can do. Try them following the directions. Skip a day so you are using them every other day. If they seem to start bothering you, stop using them for a while and spread out the treatments even more or shorten the time they are on. If you don't use toothpaste for sensitive teeth, you can try Sensodyne or Crest for sensitive teeth. I made the switch to Crest but my husband had to go back to Sensodyne. I found that if I wanted the Crest strips to touch all my tooth, I had to gently press them in place between the teeth. I just used my finger. You can rinse out your mouth after using the strips or brush. Just don't brush too often. The dental technicians in my office say that most people just take Tylenol for any pain they had, but with my sensitive teeth that wasn't enough. Some people can tolerate more pain than other people so it may not bother you at all. You can also try toothpaste or rinse with whitening ingredients I can't imagine why your teeth would be discolored enough to need whitening. Are you sure they are surface stains? I had to drink years of tea and coffee to dim down my white teeth. .
