Synergy ST Grip FOR ME but it just depends on what feels better for YOU, I have teamates who try my sticks and are like wow those suck and it's like a 200 dollar stick it all just depends on what feels right to you, SO like i've told so many people go down to the store check em both out and see wich one feels right for you.
