It should be fine, 325 degrees is perfect for glass bake wareJust keep it out of cold drafts after removing it from the oven until it cools completelySudden changes with some glass bake ware can be harmful and result in breakage.
It's actually better to put a light blanket underneath them, so they can lay on itWhen they lay on just carpet or hardwood, it takes a while for the skin/fur touching the floor to warm upAnd it might not be very comfortable, too My cat doesn't like to be covered at allShe loves it when we put a fluffy blanket on the floor for her:)
