Dogs piss on a fire hydrant to establish territory. They use their scent to communicate to other dogs, This here is my territory. When Muslims built a disgusting mosque on Temple Mount and made up an absurd myth about Muhammad riding a flying donkey from that spot to Muslim paradise, this was the same motivation of dogs pissing on a fire hydrant, right?
my definition is of three words - menace to society.
Nothing to worry about. I suppose if you breathed it every day you may have to investigate but one-time use is nothing. Life is full of toxicity and a little fire extinguisher breath is way less dangerous than having a real fire. I wouldn't worry about it, and I've been around a lot of toxic things in this long life.
That depends if a fire happened when you were parked in front of it!!
