Question:

Do you feel a motorcycle safety test should be necessary to get a permit?

Hello, I know a lot of people here in Pennsylvania have been dieing lately in motorcycle accidents! I feel it's mostly because they give a permit to ANYONE who has a car license! Used to be here all you had to do was show them your car license and they could give you a permit on the spot! Free to go out and kill yourself! At least now they give you a written test before they give you a permit. But, what good is a written test if you don't know how to ride the bike! It's like saying, here, go out and learn, kill yourself and others while your learning! Here in Pennsylvania we have a free motorcycle safety course you can take. At the end of the 3 day course you take your test and get your license. I have seen so many people dieing lately, I feel mostly because of our state not having the helmet law and lack of driving skills on the motorcyclist part. I swear I read in the paper every other day of a cycle accident that occured do to driver error. Didn't make a corner, too fast for conditions, etc.

While it is dedicated to Elfdoll/Rainy dolls, talk about all dolls is permitted. You can find all the links provided in this answer plus additional ones for more sources in their links menu too.
You can't sue. You were fired for cause. Your job entailed, I'm assuming, keeping visitors from sneaking contraband to the residents? Well, there's no question you failed at that. So you were fired for violating the terms of your employment. If you're serious about suing a state agency, you need an attorney. There are a lot of procedural steps that must be taken to do it. And that's IF you can overcome the 11th Amendment's grant of sovereign immunity to the state and its agencies.
