Do you feel that Lucas Oil is a good Oil or Additive, or do you agree with Bob The Oil Guy that is suffocates?
karl is right there is nothing that you can pour into a motor that will repair and many things you can add that help prevent puff of smoke on start up sign valve guide wore or inside of engine dirty such as drain holes in heads holding oil on top of motor more than it should and it leaks into cylinder might flush motor and replace with a heavier weight oil and use a oil additive might help and it might not but doesnt hurt either way
um if u have more than 50k miles on that car put 10w30 in it.as for lucas it will thicken oilthat is how it worksso if u are going to add it go 5w30 if not go 10w30 yes it does help worn out engines .i don't put it in anything that doesn't already have a problem. if u have compression problem or think its a rings issue use Restore.
