For artwork, Krylon makes an acid-free spray adhesive that works great. For a temporary bond, spray one surface only, and for a permanent bond, spray both surfaces. The pieces should be burnished with a brayer (soft rubber roller) and/or put under weight overnight. For other than artwork where acid-free is not an issue, 3M or Elmer's makes spray contact cement. Same as above, spray one surface for temporary both surfaces for permanent.
