all three brake lights and my reverse lights stopped working but i cant seem to find the NSS
i played for 3 yrs and all i needed was a bat, helmet, and a glove. usually the coach provides extra softballs, but you might want to bring one just in case. you can buy a batting glove to help your hand, sometimes when you bat, you might be holding it wrong and it will sting ungodly bad for a minuet. I played first and shortstop, but Manley just keep you eye on the ball and aim for peoples chest when your throwing it.:) what position are you playing? message me and i'll help ya more;)
hello, interesting question. the answer to your question is ballistic protocol. a previous answerer had the right idea about the swimmers being dragged.. so muscles become accustomed to moving faster basically, ballistic training protocol is speed training. the exercises you perform should be performed at high speed, if the skill being developed is to be performed at high speed. so, in essence, if you want greater speed in performance, then you need more speed in training! what you list for daily practice sounds good (kicking focused). instead, save the stretching for last, after you have completed your workout. stretching cold actually increases the likelihood of injury to connective tissue. if you want someone that can REEEEEEEEEALLY design a good training protocol (ballistic, kicking), contact joe wilson at memphis martial arts. just send him an email and he can help you get started. he may charge a little, but believe that it is money well spent. his program designs are some of the best on the planet. he has a PhD in physical education and has been training fighters, military, police and agency types for years. nice guy too. hopefully this helps. thanks
Practicing your kicks and manuever is a fabulous idea
