Oh, this is a fun question to answer! I've made my own Christmas cards for the past three years, and have had much fun doing itIf you don't want to spend a lot of money, you could use two squares of green cardstock - about 1.5 and one square of red cardstock - about 1.5, glue them onto the front of the card (in landscape position, as opposed to portrait) Then, use an embellishment on each of the little squaresI wish you would have said what type of embellishment you purchased, because that would help me to guide youIf you have rubber stamps and ink, you could stamp on cardstock, then mount it onto your cardWhatever you do, it's always a good idea to use fibers (basically, a piece of yarn about 12 long) and tie them around the front panel of the cardI'll try to provide you with links of some neat ideasGood luck and have fun!
You usually get the back muscles to tighten up at times like that and when they do it will make it hard to lift or move your arm for the few tight muscles are doing all the work plus they have lost their ability to move as far as they used to just by being tightFreeing up your back muscles should get rid of most of your pain for you and here's how to free up those muscles for your relief: Back: (do while sitting on a chair) Place your left hand on your left leg next to your bodyPlace your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front, and firmly pull down on them and holdAfter 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm as straight as possibleWhen you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, then release the pressure but rest there for another 30 secondsThen reverse your hand positions and do your right sideFor best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxedI'm rather surprised that you didn't get any pains into your neck, although they can show up later once you have these pains taken care ofThe worst of the pains gets your attention first.
This sounds unbelievably painfulIf you can't get in to see an orthopedist (your best person) right away, please go to the hospital emergency room (if you haven't already) The ER will at least take x-rays and start to figure out what's wrongHopefully an orthopedist will be on call at the hospital who can take charge of your case and see you get the care you needQuite often, accidents hurt worse a day or two after they happenWhen I broke my arm near the shoulder last year, it was painful but not awful that day, but in a couple of days (and for a while afterward), I felt like I had a red-hot poker up my armBest of luck to you.
