I have recently forgot my password for parental controls on comcast digital cable and i need some help. Is there a way that you can disable the v-chip without knowing the password?HELP!!!Thanks,Andrew
we have the same problem there isnt a way to reset it or disable it, we called the playstation company (sony). u just have to rememberthe password (which we still havent figured out) good luck hun! :)
You will probably have to contact Comcast for that other than that you are basically screwed, is it the v-chip in your tv or in the reciver if its in the tv have fun trying to figure it out, I personally don't mess with that stuff
Call our Parental Control Hotline, they're the ones who deal with everything in regards to blocks, passwords, etc. All you have to do is give your name, phone number, address, and verify with your account number or the last 4 digits of your social and your set to go! The number is 1-866-781-1888. Goodluck!
No, you have to go through Comcast if you don't remember the password. Or ask your parents! :-)
