PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I'M BUYING THIS WEEKEND! JUST GOT MY NEW VESPA LAST WEEK AND I'M SO STOKED!! THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS.
i think that visor without a face mask is a bad idea as it doesn't stop airborne particles going in your mouth such as water spray. glasses or visor is good, visor looks like ur in the riot police though but it protects you more from splatter.
I like the safety glasses and mask. but i have also used a mask with a plastic sheild built in . It is just what every you like
the fires were pushed by 50 to 70 MPH winds, you would be dead if you tried to put it out thats why even the pros had no control over the fires untill the Santa Ana winds died down water doest stop these fires anyways, you need to build a fire break (either by buldozing a wide strip or burning every thing in the path of the fire ahead of time so it has nothing left to burn and goes out) again the winds make that impossible too becuase the sparks can fly 100's of yards ahead and start a whole new fire if you put a ton of vollunteers out there you would have a ton of dead vollunteers around their burned down homes
Americium-241, which is used in smoke detectors, often as the metal oxide, AmO2, is an alpha particle emitter. In an enclosed space, the radiation will cause the air to become ionized by knocking electrons lose from some atoms. When smoke particles enter the well where the Am-241 is located, the smoke particles de-ionize the otherwise ionized air, decreasing the current flow across the well which triggers the alarm circuit. Chemical bonding isn't really an issue. The smoke detector would work the same whether metallic americium was used or americium(IV) oxide was used. Chemical bonding has no effect whatsoever on nuclear decay.
i wear a face mask and protective plastic glasses but i dont mind wearing all of them they are all ok
