All of a sudden, my DVD drive stopped working right when I wanted to restore Windows 7 back on it to un-clutter everything. I start up my computer, take out the data cable, it works, the light indicator is bright. When I put the data transfer cable in, it stops working, and the green light isn't lime green, its very very dim. What can I do?
i think you need to replace it they do not cost much.
