If I‘m using fabric paint, then does the material cloth I use, for example, cotton or polyester affect how long it takes for the paint to dry?
It does partly depend on the type of paint and the fabric. Some paints have to 'cure' (set) for a while, some need steaming, or ironing for 1-2 minutes. The paint that you have should give instructions.
