Does she have more fluids at night when she's home? Temperature differences? bedtime potty routines? all these could be factors. She's still young so if she's day time trained, you are in good shape. It would actually be pretty amazing if she didn't have any bed wetting at this age. Either keep her in a nappy or get some rubber sheets to put down under the regular ones.
Are you sure it isn't something in the wall, like an animal. I had almost the same thing happen. My lights would go out randomly, my stereo wouldn't work right sometimes, I would hear being dragged in the attic. Turns out it wasn't a ghost but a family of squirrels that were in the space between the walls. We lived in the middle of the woods and it was winter time, so we had a lot of small critters constantly trying to find warmth. So maybe you just have a winter guest not a ghost?
