Question:

floppy disk drive with sd/mmc card reader?

i can use the drive as normal, but when i insert an sd or mmc card,it just wont show as an external drive on my pc,i suppose its the lack of a driver?

Answer:

You shouldn't need a driver - it should just map as a generic disk drive. Does it perhaps just use A: even with the SD card? Since it has already mapped A: for floppy use, it may just use that for SD card use as well. You should also check your disk assignments in drive mangement (right click my computer-manage) - it may be trying to assign itself a drive letter that is already in use.
i am tinking this is a laptop? shut down your puter insert reader in slot restart then go to my computer and see if its listed as a drive it might say memory stick or? or go to start then run and click on run then click on browse and see if its listed in top window file slot
