Fully develop pecs - besides bench press?

My pecs stick outward too much. I'm a healthy weight - 22 male 5'9'' 134 pounds - I want them to be more squarish if that makes sense. I don't use the bench press because I go to the gym alone and don't have a spotter. Is this why they stick out so much?

Do bench press with dumbbells. That way you wont need a spotter. Are you working both parts of the chest, if not do so. It cant be due to not doing bench press tho. It is probably just genetics
honestly, those are the major 2 routines that artwork your %.. make confident you do as many as you likely can the different day. in my view you should no longer manage to do a pushup the subsequent day (your relax day), yet thats how i determined how not effortless i worked out. reliable luck!
Here what you do: Dumbbell Bench Press: incline, decline and do it arms spread and arms close together. Incline arms in = upper inners Incline arms out = upper outers Decline arms in = lower inner Decline arms out lower outer
