get on myspace through school system?
My boyfriend is pretty much like that with Everquest. It is hard to understand what is going on with them. They have friends online. They are interacting with others as their characters. My bf right is out of a job and all day long he plays Everquest. I would considerate an addiction is he completely shuts up everyone in his life and he lost his job. It is very difficult to get through to a person who is addicted to a game like WoW or EQ. You just need to find a way to talk to them. Honestly, I would disconnect his internet I mean then he will have no means of playing, and you can talk to him one on one It might sound silly, but the only time I have a real conversation with my boyfriend is when his computer is acting up or the internet is down
I'm dealing with this too.. umm.. just wait til they hit level 90 and they will be bored of it at least that's what my fiancee said to me about Star Wars Galaxies. He said once you top off levels, sure it's fun to be able to kill everything and everyone, but you get bored. No challenge. Just give them a chance, I'm addicted too, but only because I am trying to get to a higher level.. now, leave me alone!!! ::slams door::
I guess its better than cutting yourself. Talk to a counselor.
