I usually do 3 sets of the tricep kickback, and 3 sets of the overhead extension. They're workin pretty good for me but I just want to see if there are any better ones I could be doing

there is a yoga move in which you come from plank position, keeping your hands under your shoulders and elbows tight at your sides, and come down into a half push up, so that your arms are bent at 45 degrees and even with your body. hold for 5 seconds and push back up.
