On a 95 dodge Dakota? How much do I need to lift up the motor to remove the oil pan? Won't it hurt the transmission if I jack it up like it says in the manual?
the correct way is to rent an engine lift( hydraulic crane), jacking up the motor can cause problems unless you are experienced
