Aside from Coat of Arms and Essence Scatter, this is Standard legal. Those two rotated to Extended. Overall, not too bad. However, I see a few problems: 1) Remove the Venser's Journals. Who cares if you draw too many cards and have to discard? If that's an issue, you have control of the battlefield already or are not laying off using the Loremaster's ability when your hand is nearly full. 2) You need a few more lands. Unless you have significant mana acceleration (like Elf Decks do), you need more like 24 land. However, since a lot of your deck is low mana cost, you'll want some of that to be in the form of saclands like Terramorphic Expanse or Evolving Wilds. You also might want to consider Tectonic Edge. 3) Nothing that is going to be cast at you early on is going to be a major threat (Gatekeeper of Malakir is the closest), so Mana Leak is probably better left out in favor of Cancel. Or just up the Negates to 4 and leave that as your only counterspells. 4) Get Jace into your main deck. Up your Freeblade to 4, your Talus Paladin to 3, and fit in 4 Join the Ranks. 5) If you can afford it, add in Sun Titans as well, since most of your allies are 3 mana or less. Also, if you are going to play competitively, you'll want a few Legendary Eldrazi at least sideboarded for Mill protection.
mostly agree with magician. the mana base should be like this 10 plains 9 islands 1 glacial fortress 4 evolving wilds/terramorphic expanse halimar excavator should be cutted, milling is kinda useless. play jwari shapeshifter instead it can act as additional blademaster/paladin.
Personally I would add a few Rite of Replication because combined with Halimar Excavator or another card you should add Ondu Cleric, can make for some very interesting situations. Excavator with a kicked Rite can mill your opponent in one swoop. With Ondu Cleric, you gain a huge amount of life.
