Ok, on my go kart it is nearly impossible to put on disk brakes without alot of metal work witch i can not do and at the moment i have a brake band for my brakes. Well, this band is always breaking and im tired of spending money getting a new one. I was wondering if anyone had an idea on how i can make my own system. Thank you for any ideas.
Well you'd have to do what my dad did years ago, create a hand brake, that uses a flat piece of metal against the rear wheel, when you pull the brake, the metal presses against the wheel, it will take some hard pulling, but it was one way to stop mine. Good luck.
