Output from the Q side of the cd4017. Just fine. Peripheral components meet shock conditions. Adjust the vibration frequency, change the moving speed of the lamp.
If you are in trouble, you can use a cd4011 gate circuit to form a low frequency adjustable signal source, and then connect to a decimal counting chip connected by two cd4017.
