I used to be able to get my Jeep Wrangler wiper arms off easily with just a flathead screwdriver, I sort of pry it off. That doesn‘t seem to work with this Dodge truck.
I'm assuming that they're similar to the wiper arms on my 89 Dodge Dakota. I had trouble with them when i first got the truck to, but anyway, there's a little spring loaded clip on the underside of the wiper that grabs onto the rotating wiper arms that are sticking out of the cowl. You just pull back the clip and pull the wiper arm off. Mark where the inside of the wiper arm should mesh with the things sticking out of the cowl panel so you don't have to go through the trouble of readjusting the wiper arms when you put them back on.
