Question:

How do I access the camera on my Asus laptop?

I have a Asus K52 Notebook that i got for Christmas and i have already used the already installed web-cam for Skype, but i can't figure out how to access it by itself to take photos or videos. Help would be appreciated!

Answer:

The city supervisor for your area.
contact The city..the streets division or whoever maintains the streets in your town.. id also get a petition going with everyone on the street..the more people you have saying Yes they want one..the more chance of it getting done. you could also notify the police dept of your concerns..sometimes they will monitor the streets activities
The first thing to be considered is if it is an ophthalmic frame. If so, it can probably be used. If not, no, it's illegal. It will also depend on how wrapped the frame is. If it's more curved, the higher the base curve on the lens will have to be used, and if it's too high, you'll see a fishbowl effect on the outside edges of the lenses. Also, the more wrapped, the harder it is to get lens blanks big enough to get your prescription to cut out. And that business about if it's CR-39 yes, polycarbonate no, that's a load of crap. If it's an ophthalmic frame, you can put any kind of lens into it. An anti-reflective coating is just that, a coating. It has no bearing on if a lens will fit in a frame or not. Edit: It sounds to me more like they want to CHANGE the lenses, not remove the tint. Even on a plastic, the tint won't completely come out. It may MOSTLY come out, but there will still be a very light color. It might not be noticeable until it's up against something white, but it will still be there. It will not go perfectly clear.
Many cities have a neighborhood planning division where you can get things like this addressed. For your city, you can find info here: carrollton-ga /departments A quicker, yet short term solution would be to ask the police department to patrol your street more frequently. Finally, I would advise against speed bumps, and instead ask for things like traffic circles, diversion barriers, etc. Speed bumps cause all sorts of problems for many different types of vehicles, and can cause a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed to lose control, potentially being a bigger threat than just a speeding vehicle.
