I've lost the speaker icon in my system tray (Vista) for accessing volume controls. How do I get it back?
Unless they were a thief or trying to have sex with everyone there, I'd just let them try another type of job in the company, and let someone else who wants to try their job come to their (now) former area. I wouldn't fire anyone without being really sure of my choice coz I've done that before and sometimes they slash your tires and start selling drugs. (Or some other crazy, down and out thing.) Which isn't your fault, but it still feels like your fault. :( Even if it was the right thing to do after giving many chances, you could still move them to a different job title and just keep trying different ones, unless they are thieving or sexing.
I can?t believe you came to Y!A for something as important as your safety! I think it depends somewhat on the concentration, but as a general rule, gloves, goggles, and aprons are all a plus. Try reading the MSDS.
