sounds like the lightning mess with the power supply. they are cheap,or if you know someone with a old computer that will let you borrow one try a new power supply see if the cures it.
I normally allow one of my tires to go over the speed bump and the other tire missing it to reduce the jolt to the front end, so in my case, I pass by AND over.
