Question:

swing arm used to held rear tyre of motorcycle?

swing arm hold tyre from one side only, how tyre is aligned with the frame then? what mechanism is used.thanks

Answer:

The single sided swing arms are very rigid and aligned once by the factory and do not need doing ever again. My current bike is single sided and is coming up to 13years old and has had zero problems with rear tyres.

A properly mounted and bushed' swing arm is ITSELF aligned to the frame. If your rear axle is not bent or bearings worn , the rear wheel should need no adjustment.
