I recently went and got fake acrylic nails done and a design painted in the salonI decided I wanted to change my polish but the polish from the nail salon isn't coming offI tried nail polish remover, obviously, and when that didn't work, I tried using a nail buffer to buff it off as it still wouldn't come offI don't know what they put on my nails but they used regular nail polishI'm assuming some kind of super strength top coat was used; the point is, the nail polish won't come off for remover or buffing, how do I get it off without removing my acrylic nails???

Try soaking a cotton bud or something similar in nail polish remover then place it on the nail and wrap that with a square of aluminumThe aluminum foil will keep the ball in place while it soaks for about 5 minutesI've never had acrylic nails so I don't know how it would work, but it removes stubborn nail polish.
