it has alot of black tarnish and detailed carving that is difficut to get into.
are there any vent pipes in that wall?
YOU NEVER HAVE TO POLISH ANY SILVER AGAINif you get a plastic pan strip off a piece of tin foil or aluminium foil about the length of the candelabra put it on the bottom of the plastic pan, add a 4 cups of warm water then add two tablespoons of baking soda mix it up a bitput the candle holder in the pan just make sure it touching the aluminium foil the the tarnish will disappear like magicno polishing or buffing.
