There is no ritual we as the lay faithful preform during the Mass. The Mass is divided into two parts the Liturgy of the word and the Liturgy of the Eucharist. The Mass is correlated within the Missal which directs the congregation how to participate within the Mass and also it contains the Readings, Prayers, and Psalms.
there are four basic parts. first we have the introduction. this is the part where all the late people try to enter without being noticed. then we have the liturgy. we read from the bible and listen to the sermon. so far, pretty much the same as protestants. third, we have the Eucharist. This is where we go seperate ways. for us, this is the highlight of the Mass, because we literally believe that the Bread and Wine becomes his Body and Blood (which he did not explain to his apostles as a parable, unlike everything else he did) finally, after a bit of silent prayer, we close up shop with a few final words, and leave, although many people choose to stay and pray longer.
