I want a bike but it is brakeless so I need to know how do you put a brake or uv system or w/e it is called on a bike.What parts do i need?Is it easy?Are the parts expensive?What tools do I need?I need every single bit of information you know because I have 0% knowledge on how to do it.Best answer gets 10 points and 5 star askers rating if i really like the answer.Please answer ALL questions.

for a bmx, you probably want a u-brake you need the lever, housing, and the brake the parts shouldnt cost any more than $30 you need to get one side of your grip off (air compressor) a 5mm allen key to adjust the lever, and a 6mm allen key to bolt down the brake onto your frame once you have all the parts on, you just have to center your brakes and tension the cable with a 5mm allen (this takes a bit of skill/practice)
