i'm planning to use hdpe waterline pipe which will be installed outdoors and exposed. It says that it's treated with weather resistant stabilizer w/ carbon black. If hdpe is not advisable for exposed piping, what are possible alternatives? what type of pipes are best for water supply which can be installed outdoors?
I don't think a face shield will do much good against bullets.
The US has regulations on the signals. Emergency and fire is continuous ringing of the general alarm bells. Abandon is more than 6 short rings followed by a one prolonged ringing of the general alarm bells. The shorts are about one second, the prolonged is about ten seconds. These signals are usually followed by the same signal on the ship's whistle. There are also signals for launching life boats: one short, lower; two short, stop lowering; thrree short, secure from drills.
smoke detector may be voltage sensing device.So it is necessary to sample voltage to provide feedback for controlling purpose.So if you connect resistor in series with main path then you can sample voltage across it and use this voltage for controlling other circuit.
