I have 1 data cable that connects MOTHER B-CD ROM-HARDDISK.so any diid it affect the speed of the comp????why??
That has no effect onthe speed of the system. Many PCs have two IDE cables and each cable can support up to two devices. In you case, there is the one cable with two devices. You may also find a cable that connects your floppy drive if you have one to the mobo.
