Im about to buy this Apple power book from someone on craiglist just the problem is that it has a broken Keyboard Connector, so i was wondering how is it to get this fixed? Hes selling it for 200 that's why im buying it. Also is it possible to fix it your self?
The real question here is this: Is the keyboard connector broken on the keyboard side, or on the motherboard side? If one of the connections (there are two) from the keyboard to the motherboard is broken, then there is no problem. Buy a replacement keyboard for under $20, and replace it in less than 30 minutes. But, if the connector has been pulled off of the motherboard itself, then that is going to require some very good soldering skills. This will be difficult to DIY, and expensive to outsource. If that is the case, don't buy it.
Powerbook is larger for college and or paintings and it has a geared up in cam Ibook which i take benefit of outstanding now could be in simple terms for stimulating and school in many circumstances in simple terms one component greater advantageous smart then any Microsoft i'd bypass with Macbook professional its appropriate and has each and each component you would be wanting till at last next 365 days mutually as some component greater advantageous smart comes out have been given to love apple
