I'm considering owning a horse, and I was told by a friend that you need to buy four winter blankets a year and two summer blankets a year per horse at quite an expense, because they wear out so quickly (she said)However, upon further research this seems unrealisticWas my friend just trying to sound as if she knows a lot about owning horses or is this a proper answer?

A constant leak means constant pressureCheck that you don't have some type of leak from an attic pipeWe know that water will not flow uphill but can be sprayed up if there is a small leak in a pipeHow about your hot water heater? there is a pop off valve that will remove water pressure from the water heater if it gets too much pressure or goes badIt would be hard to get between the wood roof and the shingles unless there is a vent pipe that protrudes through the roofI would not suspect heat from the attic unless there was a very large pool of water.
Could beHow many sqft is it and how many roof vents do you have? What part of the country, real humid? need more info.
