All I know and can find is that the battery has to be changed and can sometimes get damaged, anybody know if there are any others?
i would buy a corbon minoxide detector, even if it has to come out of your own pocket. safety first. any smoke or soot coming out of the furnace is bad. if the heat exchanger is leaking, you need help. i'd get it checked out by a differant tech. tell them to use the LITTLE SMOKIES. it is like a smoke bomb you light inside the furnace to check it for leaks.
YOUR SERVICE TECH. DON'T KNOW ****! SOUNDS LIKE A CRACKED HEAT EXCHANGER. NO EXHAUST SHOULD EVER BE IN THE SUPPLY AIR. CALL ANOTHER CONTRACTOR, YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT.
Maybe. LNYBk's answer is interesting For instance in swimming, you'll see athletes train while wearing shirts to increase drag. But for the 1996 Olympics, US swimmers trained with a machine that pulled them along the pool. The reasoning behind this was that it allowed the athlete's muscles to adjust to moving at faster speeds. Another example is the suburito; a wooden practice sword used in several Japanese martial arts, that is significantly bigger and heavier than the more common bokuto. Its main purpose is to perfect hasuji (edge-angle) and tomei (ability to stop the sword). Some believe that the added weight and different balance would make it a poor training tool for actual cutting techniques. So, I believe that added weights might be beneficial for general strength exercises, but it could be a hindrance when practicing specific motions or techniques; which basically rely on you having a good degree of awareness of your balance and weight distribution.
